The PlayStation brands continue to fall under Microsoft's catalogue along with a smattering of new titles...

Following the Final Fantasy XIII revelation it seems Microsoft is at it again, with confirmation that another PlayStation stalwart will be making the crossover.

Announcing an impressive Tokyo Game Show line-up, Microsoft has confirmed that Namco-Bandai's Tekken 6 will be making an appearance on the Xbox 360, marking the first time the legendary fighting series has appeared on a format other than Playstation.

In addition, Tokyo Game Show also saw the unveiling of Bungie's Halo 3: Recon, along with Star Ocean: The Last Hope, The Last Remnant (launching first on 360), Resident Evil 5 and Ninety Nine Nights 2. Xbox Live Arcade titles announced at the show include Arkanoid Live, The King of Fighters '98 Ultimate Match, Metal Slug 7, Meteos Wars, R-Type Dimension, Space Invaders Extreme, and Tenchu: Shadow Assault.

The first details on Halo 3: Recon has revealed that the stand-alone expansion will follow the events leading up to the events of Halo 3 through the eyes of a new hero. Due for release in Autumn 2009, the expansion promises hours of new campaign gameplay and plenty of multiplayer content.
