Cheat Codes

To make the cheats work, you'll first have to edit a game file with a text editor. Make sure you back this file up before proceeding.
In the game's folder, find the file named "nwn.ini." In the Game Options section of this file, add this phrase:

Debug Mode=1

If you are going to be affecting the character at all, open the "nwnplayer.ini" file and add these lines:

Single Player Enforce Legal Characters=0
Single Player ItemLevelRestrictions=0

This will allow you to play past the module you'r

All expansion chapters in single player mode

Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the "nwnplayer.ini" file in the game folder. Find the "CODEWORD XP1=" line, and change it to:

CODEWORD XP1=ffrodriguez

Note: If the line does not exist, create it under the "[Game Options]" heading.

Free armor or weapon appearance modifications

Modify your armor or weapon appearance as desired by going to "Craft Armor/Weapon" While the dialog box is still open, save the game. When you load this game again, your character will not be able to move but will have the desired appearance. Rest, and when you are done, you will be free to move with your new armor without any cost. This also works even if your armor crafting skill is 0 and the armor crafting difficulty is much higher than what you could possibly achieve.

Edit pre-made modules

To edit and view the official campaign modules, enter the "\neverwinternights\nwn\nwm" folder. Copy all the ".nwm" files into your modules folder and rename their extension to ".mod".
