Neverwinter Nights 2: Storm of Zehir

Neverwinter Nights 2: Storm of Zehir hearkens back to the days of the Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale franchises by including full party customization, dungeon crawling, and free exploration of a non-linear game world via an Overland Map. The gripping storyline foreshadows the events that will take place in the Forgotten Realms with the coming of release this June of the Fourth Edition of Dungeons & Dragons Roleplaying Game.

Having a fully customisable party, and an Overland Map are the best news fans of Baldurs Gate could have hoped for. Although I wouldn't hold my breath, it's quite a task to recreate that awesome feeling of freedom and TRUE roleplaying we saw in the older PC DND based games. One of the finest aspects of BG 2 was the empathy you had for your own personal character. Ok i'm being captain obvious here... but I grow tired of "RPG" games, where the world, and other NPCs dont react, and interact with your character as if he/she/it is a real entity.
