Alleged leaked MotorStorm 3 screens reveal a change in direction for Sony's arcade racer...

Given the somewhat muted reception to MotorStorm: Pacific Rift we wouldn't be too surprised to find Sony changing tact with the MotorStorm series.  Which is certainly what alleged leaked screens that appeared over the weekend seem to be suggesting.

MotorStorm 3

Moving away from the series' characteristic extreme locations, MotorStorm 3 appears to be set in San Francisco following an earthquake (or some other apocalyptic event).

The quality of the images are pretty poor, although there's a hint of stereoscopy to some of the images suggesting the game could be running in 3D - if the screens are true and if it's not our cataracts (a lot of 'ifs').  It also seems as though civilians (presumably terrified ones) will be on the tracks, adding a further consequence to theseries' racing action.

But there's something that seems a bit fishy to us.  The title screen image causes us the most doubts, it just seems as though somebody has created a logo and stuck it on the screen.  On the flip-side, this is definitely the year for Sony sequel's and it's been a little while since Pacific Rift arrived.

we have a ps3 and absolutely love it.  In fact, I just ordered a couple of games for my special guys in my family and I'm hoping they love the Call of Duty and Gran Tourismo games I ordered.  I used "the review place (dot) com" to get more info on the games before I ordered them.  Happy Holiday's to you.
