Codies Confirm Micro Machines V4 News

Following TVG's article that those cars that come in collections of five are set to star in a fourth videogame, Codemasters has today confirmed that the title, Micro Machines V4, will be released on PlayStation2, PC, Nintendo DS and PSP this summer.
Currently in development by Micro Machines veterans Supersonic Software the game will include a range of vehicle types from Stock Cars, 4x4s, Street Racers, Low Riders, Muscle Cars and more. In addition to taking the mini racers beyond the garden path to places including the supermarket and the sewers, Micro Machines V4 will also include some of the classic tracks from the franchise's past including the breakfast table, pool table, and the bath tub.
The original set of Micro Machines titles created a really fun gameplay experience, and hopefully Supersonic will bring the series back on track later in the year.
