Kojima-san talks about Snake's new look, camouflage and healing...
The appearance of Snakeâ??s silver moustache has been the subject of a recent Metal Gear Solid 4 update in the latest issue of EGM. Hideo Kojima allegedly drew inspiration from the late Lee Van Cleef, one of Hollywoodâ??s greatest villains for Snakeâ??s new look. Facial hair will develop as the game progresses, with the dubious possibility of a mini-game revolving around it in the game.
Along with the military advisor, Mr Mori, Kojima-san will shortly be looking at additional military techniques, and talks about visiting â??the most dangerous place on the worldâ? even if Konamiâ??s upper management wonâ??t agree to it.
The healing and camouflage concepts from Metal Gear Solid 3 could make a reappearance in MGS4, albeit in a significantly modified form as Snake wonâ??t have time to hunt tree frogs in the frantic combat environment he finds himself caught up in.

As much as I'd like to play this on the Xbox 360 I won't put too much trust in these until I see an official announcement. Even still, judging by what he said in the article, they could simply put it on the PC.
People that are saying he would not put it on the Xbox should realize that Metal Gear Solid 2 was on the Xbox. I wouldn't rule it out completely. Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 2 were both on the PC however.

Forget the fact it's an April Fool's prank - that vid is awesome and I'd like a Campbell expansion pack right now.
