Job listing reveals handheld title from LittleBigPlanet creators...
LittleBigPlanet developer Media Molecule is working on a title “for a portable platform”, according to a job listing on the developer’s website.
The advert - for a graphics programmer - doesn’t reveal any other details about the project besides its portable nature.
Sony previously announced a LittleBigPlanet game for NGP, but stopped short of announcing a developer for the title. A previous PSP iteration of the franchise was developed by Sony’s internal Cambridge studio, and the listing does state that the successful candidate would need “to paint magic and wonder into our new world”, possibly hinting at a brand new IP. Development duties on some big exclusive NGP titles, such as Resistance and Uncharted, have been passed on to other developers.
