Famitsu has reviewed Mario Kart Wii, scoring it an impressive 37/40 as the game prepares for its European release...
Japanese gaming mag Famitsu has reviewed Mario Kart Wii, giving it an impressive score of 37/40. This comes from an individual score breakdown of 10,9,9,9 for this fifth incarnation of the popular racing series on a Nintendo console.
Prior to Mario Kart Wii, the last game to be released in the series was the impressive Mario Kart DS, which received a 36/40 from Famitsu. The game also has an impressive Metacritic ranking of 91/100, so early indications are that we can expect an absolute corker of a game in Mario Kart Wii.
The score rests alongside some impressive Famitsu ratings for Nintendo's other triple A first party titles on the Wii. Earlier this year the highly regarded Japanese publication gave Super Smash Bros Brawl a perfect score and Super Mario Galaxy received 38/40 last year.

i love mario and cant wait for mario kart to come out. i have just resently fineshed super paper mario and that was fin. and i loved the story line. mario party 8 is not as good as everybody thinks. and there is no points buying it because mario party 9 is coming out in augest or april. cant remeber wehat one.

I cant believe this is coming so soon - I hope that doesn't signify it's just another GameCube title rehashed for the Wii. Also that wheel had better be good, otherwise Nintendo have just stolen a gimmicky idea from Ubisoft.

i no he is havin a hoax down there about having mario kart wii this is going to be released same day as brawl in england and europe and my birth day is the 28 of febuary so it is 1 day before te release date so me is getting both of them hahahahahahahahahauhah i have every mario game and i am the biggest fan i get good games like mario and stuff and brawl not chit lke residen evil that is sony hahahah im biggest fan of nintedo.

Mario Kart Wii aint out till 2008 mate - everywhere, including Japan. Perhaps, you're getting confused with MArio Kart 64 on Virtual Console.
