That sounds like a good opinion you have. I've got to say, I didn't know that water is on the way. That's usually something that developers introduce in a sequel (well, either that or the ability to swim in it).
Given that the major updates for LBP have been free so far, it's got to be said that Media Molecule could be one of, if not the most committed developer to its community.
Perhaps Media Molecule is making enough money out of micro-transactions (e.g. downloadable costumes and stuff) that they can keep supporting LBP indefinitely without the need to expand and do a sequel.

well it depends how much they can add to the actual engine via updates i think. i know water is on the way, which is exciting. if they can do dramatic big changes like that then it's all good imo.

I heard an interesting piece of gossip about Alex Evans on the weekend - apparently he's gone all showbiz on his old friends...
