Coldplay, The Rasmus, and The Fray heading to the Xbox 360's karaoke title over the next few weeks...
Microsoft Game Studios has today confirmed the latest sets of downloadable content for Lips, which are due to hit the Xbox 360 karaoke before the middle of March. Joining the likes of The Fray, 311, and The Rasmus, is Coldplay, with three of the band's songs - “The Scientist,” “Speed of Sound,” and “In My Place.” arriving on March 13th.

A Title Update for Lips is due in the next few weeks, which will apparently improve the scoring system, and add Global Leaderboards to the game.

simple create an american xbox account then you can get all the good songs too (the typical english songs are all sh.it songs from the uk charts that only chavs like)

this is to the person who asked what they were doing wrongs because the spngs didnt show up on their profile. the thing is.. whoever signed in and uploaded their songs is the only one who can see then..YOU have re-upload them on your profile in order to see them as well. and i have also discovered that you cant sing the songs that you uploaded unless you plugg in your ipod/mp3/etc. that MUST be plugged in..in order for the song to play.

I recommend SingSong for PC. Not so colorfull like Lips, but with SingSong you can easily make your own songs you like and the full version comes with ~350 songs.

personaly to be honest just download the entire a-ha album on your pc and transfer the tracks to you xbox that way its cheaper and you should know the lyrics if not just google them

you cant cross transfer downloaded material from 1 gamer tag to another its always been that way and the mp3's will be associated with your kids gamer tags, your not doing anything wrong just you need to get points on your kids tags to download new songs ect (if you look in the terms and condisions it states you cannot transfer downloaded material that you needed to use point to gain accross gamer tags)
