Chronicle 4: Scions of Destiny announced as free for Lineage II subscribers...
NCSoft has today announced that a new expansion for its 2004 launched MMO Lineage II, Chronicle 4: Scions of Destiny, has been released today and will be free to download for all current subscribers to the game.
The update, which weighs in at 800MB, features a number of new additions including two new high-level regions (Rune and Godard), a castle in Godard that players will be able to seize, the ability to fish, and the formidable (and according to NCSoft, near-invincible) fire-dragon known as Valakas.
NCSoft also announced a number of features for high-level characters including a PvP Grand Olympiad, open to level 75 characters, where the winner is bestowed the rank of Hero and not only receives a number of weapons, but also a 'heroic aura'.
Making the announcement, Adam Davidson, the North American producer of Lineage II said, "Chronicle 4 packs in a huge amount of content that gives players the ultimate challenge whether they want PvP action in the Grand Olympiad or PvE adventures with the addition of Valakas the fire dragon...Our last expansion made Lineage II more accessible to new players and Chronicle 4 rewards those who have been long-time participants. This new update rounds out a game that is one of the deepest and provides more action than just about any other MMO available."

You think 0-40 is long? wait till you need to kill 5mobs for 0.1% exp.Lineage isnt only about rushing to 85... :) trust me if you take time to gear up You be owning mobs so quickly you'll be 85 in no time..well almost

dear NCSoft, im pretty sure here in america you have no power of anything that has to do with the game. but how about higher rates for servers? come on its so lame to play with low rates. thank you. get more players or keep more unhappy people who dont play often to be level 10 for 2 years.. nope they wont play for 2 years as they are still level 10
