Australian governing body refuses to classify the forthcoming Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude…

You wouldnâ??t typically associate Australia, the land of tinnies and barbies, with censorship, instead usually leaving such matters to their more conservative Kiwi cousins.

However today it has emerged that the Australian Office of Film and Literature Classification, the governing body that classifies all videogame releases, has announced that Vivendi-Universalâ??s forthcoming Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude, has been banned from entry into the country.

Indicating that the gameâ??s sexual content, or more specifically the cut-scenes that feature â??obscured and/or implied sexual activity and obscured and partial nudity involving stylised, animated characters,â? was the reason behind the decision.
