Kirby's Air Ride - New Screens + Details News

A selection of new screens from Kirby’s Air Ride found their way to us, along with further details on what we can expect from the ‘big pink ones’ next appearance.<br><br>Kirby’s Air Ride is essentially a mixture between Mario Kart and a snowboarder, player’s race down mountainous courses using a variety of techniques to thwart the competition and emerge victorious. <br><br>From what we can gather Nintendo are keen to ensure the game is as simple and accessible as possible, it’s claimed that the game simply requires use of the analogue stick and the A button to play.<br><br>In keeping with Kirby tradition, players can gulp enemies and ‘borrow’ their special techniques and attributes. In the game this is depicted by the type of hat your character is wearing; we’ve already seen Link’s hat and accompanying sword, however you can bet your bottom dollar this will be crammed with other Nintendo references.<br><br>We’re certainly looking forward to putting this one through its paces, but until our E3 report make sure to check out the new screens of the pink blob in action…<br>
