Official PlayStation Magazine brings word of the big sequels for this year's E3...
The latest issue of PlayStation: The Official Magazine has brought word that Sony will be unleashing the big guns at this year's E3. According to a report on Gamethirst, the magazine confirms that sequels aplenty are in store in the shape of KillZone 3, Resistance 3 and InFamous 2.
Given they're sequels to succesful titles for Sony, the news is hardly surprising. In fact we've had plenty of rumours in the way of actors spilling the beans and billboard posters proclaiming their very existence - what more proof do you need?

now people are seeing some real evidence that the ps3 has a very strong line up of fantastic games the sequels and prequels of its existing games just drives the console on and keeps its audience entertained, and at least some developers arnt skipping corners to make shabby conversions on the ps3 just a shame most are ignoring the advances they could make on the games from the 360 but wont to keep costs down.
at least the console exclusives dont suffer like there 360 ports do by using 100% of what availabe compared to 360 ports using around 15% of the cell is just pathetic. i just hope more people continue to buy ps3 and equel out the difference bettween 360 and ps3 owners meaning developers might finally start making conversions that make more use of the ps3's hardware instead of the shabby conversions were getting right now.

from what i hear uncharted 3 should be on the way, naughty dog did say they want a 3rd, resistance 3 is on the way, killzone 3, demon souls 2, and infamous 2.
Ps3 has by far the best games in my oppinion this gen, and they keep getting better.

From Sony's point, what's wrong with KillZone becoming like Halo? A multi-billion dollar franchise that can keep them in the black for years to come, surely?
Besides, gamers love sequels otherwise the publishers wouldn't keep churning them out.
It's gamers who have the ultimate choice, stop buying uninspired sequels and hit the publishers where it hurts. But as long as the Halo 3s and Modern Warfare 2s keep selling, the publishers will keep them coming.
