Jak & Daxter Online PS3 Debut ??? News
New Jak & Daxter title on the way, suggesting online play for the Playstation3...

It seems the fate of Sony's iconic duo, Jak & Daxter, hasn't been met just of yet, as details of a new trademark registration hint at a new adventure for the pair. It's unknown exactly what Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier is intended for, but with video footage confirming Ratchet & Clank's next adventure on the PS3 we'd expect to see them joined by Naughty Dog's duo in the foreseeable future.
It was widely expected that the trilogy of releases along with Jak X would mark the end of the collaboration between Naughty Dog and their creation, much like the Crash Bandicoot series, so it's unknown whether they're behind this title or not at this stage.
Intriguingly the trademark registration makes reference to "operating an online real-time game for others over global and local area computer networks", suggesting that the indomitable Jak and his weasel-like sidekick may be heading online for their next adventure.

Hey,
ive got some questions im hoping people can answer!
1-are these pictures only the game half constructed???because if they arent, im really pissed off! it looks like a cartoon!!!
2-why the [#@!?] isnt it coming out on Ps3???
3-why isnt it Naughty Dog developing it???
Im really confused and if this company screws up Jak and makes it back into a game for 3 year olds, im going to be really pissed off!

I'm not that impressed if the screens are anything to go by - looks as though the textures haven't loaded in!
Seriously the earlier PS2 titles looked better and Daxter on the PSP did as well.

I CANT WAIT! i just recently saw the title so i decided to google it, i didnt think i'd find much due to the reason i thought it was a rumor. but now im hyped. i got my first jak and daxter game when i was 9 or 10 and since then ive been a fan. pretty bummed tho how i had changed consoles from sony to microsoft (ps3 to xbox) but il go back to my ps3 once this comes out.

I am a big big fan of Jak and Daxter and i think it would be inccredibly stupid of naughty dog not to make this game knowing how many fans there are for it. Just imagine the differnt kinds of things youll be able to do in the next game. Evry Jak game had something new you can do in it and i cant wait to see what you can do in the next game. Im thinking this game will come out and i am sure it will get a 10 rating!
