Greek mythological terms appear in the source code of Irrational's new website...
"The Irrational Games website is about secrets." Ken Levine proudly proclaims upon the launch of the new Irrational Games website.
On examination of the website it's apparent that a number of references to Greek mythology appear in the source code, seemingly providing a glimpse of such secrets and a suggestion of what the man who created Bioshock is working on next.
We've discovered the following and added information from wiki:
Chaos refers to the formless or void state of primordial matter preceding the creation of the universe or cosmos in creation myths, particularly Greek but also in related religions of the Ancient Near East.
Eurynome was a deity of ancient Greek religion worshipped at a sanctuary near the confluence of rivers called the Neda and the Lymax in classical Peloponnesus. She was represented by a statue of what we would call a mermaid. Tradition, as reported by the Greek traveller, Pausanias, identified her with the Oceanid, or “daughter of Ocean”, of Greek poetry.
Moirae or Moerae (in Greek Μοῖραι – the "apportioners", often called the The Fates), in Greek mythology, were the white-robed personifications of destiny. Their number became fixed at three.
Erebus was the son of a primordial god, Chaos, and represented the personification of darkness and shadow, which filled in all the corners and crannies of the world. His name is used interchangeably with Tartarus and Hades since Erebus is often thought of as part of the underworld.
Lachesis was the second of the Three Fates, or Moirae. Her Roman equivalent was Decima. Lachesis was the apportioner, deciding how much time for life was to be allowed for each person or being.
Clotho was one of the Three Fates, or Moirae, in ancient Greek mythology. Her Roman equivalent was Nona. Clotho was responsible for spinning the thread of human life she also made major decisions such as when you were born and all things related to that. This made her responsible for birth, which in effect controlled men's lives.
Atropos was one of the three Moirae, goddesses of fate and destiny. Her Roman equivalent was Morta. Atropos was the oldest of the Three Fates, and was known as the "inflexible" or "inevitable". It was Atropos who chose the mechanism of death and ended the life of each mortal by cutting their thread with her "abhorred shears".
Ouranos or Father Sky, is personified as the son and husband of Gaia, Mother Earth (Hesiod, Theogony). Uranus and Gaia were ancestors of most of the Greek gods, but no cult addressed directly to Uranus survived into Classical times
So a deliberate hint or is Irrational just toying with us? There's probably much more to find, be sure to let us know if you discover anything.

Let's hope that the single player matches the quality of the first game rather than the second.
