Modify RU's

Locate the file "persist*.lua" where the * is the mission number. The file is in the "Homeworld2\Bin\Profiles\Profile\Campaign\ASCENSION" folder. Open the "persist*.lua" file with a text editor such as Notepad. Locate "RUs =" at the bottom of the file and change the value to whatever you like.

Unlock all missions

Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "playercfg.lua" file in the "\homeworld2\bin\profiles\profile1" folder. Find the "maxmission = x" entry. Change its value to "15" to unlock all missions. Note: The game bases your starting fleet from your last real completed mission.

Change number of starting ships

Use a text editor to edit the "persist*.lua" file in the "\homeworld2\bin\profiles\profile1\campaign\ascension" folder. Note: the number in the filename corresponds to the mission.
