Famitsu grant the Xbox` killer app a gold award in Japan.
Japanese gaming publication Famitsu recently put Halo to the test. Bungie’s FPS is widely regarded as the Xbox killer app in the West, however FPS aren’t taken too kindly in Japan. Despite this Famitsu gave the game a respectable 33/40 (9/8/7/9), however we’ll have to wait and see whether this is enough to convince Japanese gamers.

Halo is a great game, to any one who is reading this, and I insist . . . buy it! It is a little graphic and violent, I won't deny that, but it is the best Xbox game in my book, and the splitscreen mode you can play over and over again!
