Halo Confirmed for PC & MAC News

The confusion regarding Halo's appearance on PC and Mac has finally been cleared up. Speaking on the Bungie forums, PR guy, Matt Soell said that the game will be making an appearance on both formats next year. <br /> <br /> "Only on Xbox means Not on any other console. It does not mean Never coming to Mac or PC. Halo will be coming to Mac and PC." <br /> <br /> "We still plan to do a Mac and PC version of Halo, but there are a lot of questions that must be answered before we can make the Mac/PC versions happen." <br /> <br /> He continues, "It's like driving across town to a friend's house. You could take the highway, but it's rush hour; maybe it would be better to take side streets? Do you have enough gas for the trip, or do you need to make a side trip to a gas station? Can you park on his street for free or do you need to bring cash for a parking garage? These are all important questions that you'll need to answer before you start the trip, and will certainly affect the trip itself - but they don't affect the destination." <br /> <br /> So good news for PC and Mac owners, however it does sound that the game will be severly altered before it appears on the machines. Look for a release next year.
