Bungie confirms a more specific release period for the prelude to Halo…
Speaking to Gamespot, Bungie has narrowed down the 2010 release date for Halo: Reach to autumn next year.
When speaking about the beta contained with Halo 3: ODST, a Bungie spokesperson claimed:
“I can say you will need the Halo 3: ODST disc to access the beta when it does become available. I can confirm that that beta will go live sometime between the release of Halo 3: ODST on September 22nd and the release of Halo: Reach next fall.”

warthogs were invented lol, i think the scorpion tanks were aswell, although the mongooses wernt and i dont even think that the phantoms were either

I heard some things that could be quite good - mainly using a controller and Natal. For example, you could have a core Halo fan playing it like normal, but then somebody playing alongside taking control of a Warthog with Natal.
But seeing as Reach is gonna go back in time - not sure how far - Warthogs might not have even been created.
I'd liek to see Reach examine the Forerunners, personally.

hwo can you have a shooter with a motion sensor such as natal? they better not F*ck it up cause im really lookin forward to these games =)
