Only GTA: San Andreas and Vice City prevent Bungie’s baby from hitting the top slot…
Statistics aplenty for Bungie to digest following the release of Halo 2 just under a week ago in the UK, with the news that it has shifted over 260â??000 copies of the FPS title in a week.
This has meant that the game enters the top 3 position in the fastest selling titles of all-time in the UK, behind Rockstarâ??s Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (1st) and Vice City (2nd),and has managed to push The Getaway off itâ??s third place.
Halo 2 has managed to knock the West Coast escapades of CJ and the Orange Grove Gang off the top position in this weekâ??s charts however, which should please Master Chief and the others at Bungie, especially since the figures mean that around 17% of all UK Xbox owners now own a copy of the game.
