North American retailer allowing pre-orders of the anticipated expansion of Halo 2...
Further to yesterdayâ??s report that news on the Halo 2 downloadable content was imminent, North American retailer EB Games have begun to advertise the â??Halo 2 Expansion Packâ? that will ship (according to EB Games at least) on May 25th 2005 for $19.99.
And for all of us expecting a little bit more than just a few maps, hereâ??s the letdownâ?¦the expansion is apparently made up of nine maps, a new cinematic video, and a mini-documentary from Halo 2 developers, Bungie Studios.
No further details have been released from Bungie themselves so weâ??ll just have to wait until Friday when Bungie updates, which leaves us enough time to ponder the following questions:
- Where do the nine maps take place?
- Will the new cinematic show the events after Master Chief goes back down to earth at the end of the game?
- ...and where on Earth is the APC?
One thingâ??s for sure, Bungie will let us know on Friday (hopefully)...
