Valve confirms that a patch will soon be made available over Steam that solves the frame-rate issues in HL2…

Reports from Half-Life 2 gamers that the title suffers from occurrences of low frame-rates have finally pushed Valve into action, and they have announced that a patch for the game will soon be made available that will eradicate the problem.

According to some reports the patch was due for release over Steam this week, but after chasing bugs around over the past few days, it has been delayed.

Weâ??ll have a definite date for the release of the patch soonâ?¦
