Leaks from two of the biggest games on the calendar offer revealing hints…

Following on from details emerging from the network beta-test on the Playstation2 title Killzone, it has today emerged that similarly revealing details have been leaked on two of the hottest videogames on the 2004 calendar.

In what amounts to something so hard to believe it must be true, it has today been claimed that the storyline to Half Life 2 has been leaked to a select few individuals via Valveâ??s Steam distribution network. Apparently a file containing the script was included with preview builds of Counter-Strike: Source which has been made available on the network for the last week.

Equally details on Halo 2 have apparently become available from a beta-test of the title, suggesting that the eagerly awaited title will allow up to four players to play on one unit and take this online through Xbox Live! for some seriously ramped up multiplayer bouts. Other details surrounded the aspects of two new weapons, and finer details of the game in action.

Despite the claims, weâ??ve yet to hear an official announcement from either Valve or Bungie on the subject; perhaps itâ??s a better idea to forget you even read this and just look forward to the release of both games soon.
