Vivendi-Universal release a selection of new screens to prove that development is still progressing…

With recent rumours suggesting that the Half-Life 2 fiasco will continue into 2005 and beyond, itâ??s certainly nice to see some progress on the title as Vivendi-Universal released a selection of new screens to confirm that work is still progressing on the heavily delayed title.

Itâ??s certainly fair to say that the initial WOW impact has been lessened somewhat since the game originally left jaws agape last year, whilst Valve have gone strangely quiet since declaring Half Life 2 the best thing since sliced bread at last years E3 event.

That said Half Life 2 still remains one of the most eagerly awaited titles in the PC catalogue, purely because of its legendary predecessor; hereâ??s hoping that Valve can pull off a commendable sequel, and once again amaze us at the forthcoming E3 event.
