Vivendi Universal deny claims that Half Life 2 has been canned for the Xbox...
Xbox fans can breathe a sigh of relief, as news today confirmed that an Xbox version of Half Life 2 is still very much in Vivendi Universal’ plans.<br><br>A report in yesterday’s ‘Puget Sound Business Journal’ claimed that an Xbox representative had insisted that the seminal shooter wouldn’t be coming to the machine; however a VU spokesperson today denied the claims, ensuring that further details on the Xbox version would be released later in the year.<br><br>We’ll keep a close eye on the situation, however we’d advise Xbox gamers to treat nothing as certain – remember what happened to Half Life on the Dreamcast?
