US reports suggest that the British rock band are set to make an appearance in Red Octane's fourth Guitar Hero...
Besides the previously confirmed Aerosmith edition, Activision and Red Octane are also working on a 'true' fourth instalment in the Guitar Hero franchise. Already announced for the release is 'Never Too Late' from UK band The Answer, but a more luminary Brit rock band is apparently joining them - if reports from the US prove accurate.
According to Guitar Hero fansite 'Guitar Hero News', US radio show Rockline featured an interview with Def Leppard, with the band apparently confirming that three of their classic tracks will form part of the line up for Guitar Hero IV.
Two of the three tracks (Photograph and Rock of Ages) were first released on the band's 1983 album Pyromania, whilst the third (Animal) featured on the 1987 Hysteria.
Activision are yet to confirm the line up for Guitar Hero IV.
