Guitar Hero: Van Halen has popped up on the German game ratings board, fanning the flames of rumour once more...
The German game ratings board has listed Guitar Hero: Van Halen on its database, compounding rumours that the title is due for release at some point in the not too distant future.
Although the listing on the ratings board has now been removed, Kotaku is reporting that the game was listed as Guitar Hero headlining Van Halen on the site for Xbox 360 and PS3.
This certainly isn't the first we've heard of a Van Halen Guitar Hero game in the Metallica and Aerosmith vein. In fact, there have been a fistful of rumours, including a not so subtle hint from Activision's CEO Bobby Kotick and an alleged slide from a presentation at this year's GDC that listed "GH: VH".
Rumour and speculation has so far pointed to supporting acts for the game that will include Weezer, Tenacious D, and Judas Priest, while Van Halen classics such as 'Hot For Teacher', 'Panama', and 'Jump' will allegedly make the set-list.
