Activision CEO Kotick confirms plans to expand the rocking franchise to "significant new formats"...
It rocked the world in 2005, and its sequel will get us rocking all over again when it's released at the end of 2006 - now it seems likely that Red Octane's Guitar Hero will be spreading to other platforms from 2007.
At the fifteenth Goldman Sachs Communicopia Conference, Activision's CEO Robert Kotick, confirmed that the Red Octane rocking IP will be making its appearance on "...significant new formats..." in calendar 2007.
Guitar Hero 3 had previously been confirmed for PlayStation2 by the Activision chief during the publisher's previous forecasts for the 2008 fiscal year (running between April 2007 to March 2008), though speculation remained that the franchise would be making the jump to include other platforms...including Xbox 360.
Kotick's statement at the Goldman Sachs Conference has pretty much spelt out that the rumours were indeed true, though what 'significant' platforms it will be making an appearance on remain behind closed doors.

as for the xbox live.75 pence a week for the best online community is a deal and a half.everybody comunicating with each other and clan support in most games.the ps3 has a lot of chatching up to do and by the way i was a ps3 owner for 5 months then i sold up because it is pure $hit.waiting for them to give us the updates we desperatly need like HOME when are us in the EU going to get it a full year after everybody else?? they dont care about the EU.

ho ho ha ha no its just the sony mega bucks station 3.you mark my words xbox360 will be getting crisis ported over from the p.c mabe a slimed down version but it will happen the ps3---NO WAY---.to much work to develop for blue ray.
