Guitar Hero Gets A Trio Of Virtuosos News

Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and Buckethead heading to Legends of Rock from July 24th...

Red Octane has today confirmed the latest downloadable content pack for Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, which is heading to Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network from Friday (July 24th).

Entitled the 'Virtuoso Pack', the triple-billing of Steve Vai (who has already made an appearance on the Xbox 360 version of Legends of Rock with his take on the Halo theme), Joe Satriani, and Buckethead are all prepped to shred their way through "For the Love of God", "Surfing with the Alien", and "Soothsayer" respectively.

The pack is the latest in a long line of content released for the third 'true' incarnation of Guitar Hero, ahead of the launch of Guitar Hero: World Tour later in the autumn.
