what a pathetic load of morons.  even if GT5 was the exact same thing as GT3, it'd still be a quality game.  on 360, you've got forza.  on ps3, you've got GT.  deal with it, they're both good games, and the only reason you should have to compare them, is if you have BOTH consoles but can only afford ONE or the other game.  if that's not the case, just shut up for gods sake.

for the record, the 'demo' of GT5 was not really a demo!  it was put up for the competition where the winners go on a real track day.  and it is set on a small tarmac track in the middle of a grass field.  it's not the graphics that are crap, it's the setting!  just look at some of the screenshots (in london) for example, the graphics are brilliant!  as are the graphics in forza 3 (and 2).  anyone saying these graphics are the same as prologues, needs to wait until you see one of the actual games tracks running on the GT5 engine.  then you can compare it to prologue.  then you'll see the difference!

and the fanboys florish with the idea that granny turismo is the best/only sim out there unfortunatly forza is a dam good sim and only biased fanboys with there shallow minds think that gt is the only racing sim that can be called a sim.

gt5 at least the time demo gives an indication that polyphony have done nothing to the game since gt5p and looking at its graphics it look more old and ps2 than new and ps3.

still while all this is going on the new graphics cards and dx11 will make the ps3's suposedly brillient graphics look like ps1 vs ps3 lol, well now the supieriority of graphics goes back to the pc and the king of graphics cards just so happens to be the same graphics card manufacturer thats got a gfx chip in the 360 and will be producing the new gfx chip for microsofts next console while nvidia still cant keep up with ati also the cpu for the next microsoft console will be comming from amd lol looks like the ps3/4 will get troused by m$ next console just look at guru3d dot com and look at the ati x5970 and think this could be what inside the next xbox.

lol post 49 why do idiots like you think gt is the only racing game worth playing, gt6 has been announced but obviously as your to busy with acting as a fanboy you diddnt notice the gt6 announcment other than gt5's graphics arnt as complex as forza 3's and no forza 3 is not an arcade racer as proven on this very website, it plays like you are driving a car only without the geforces just like gt however you havnt a clue as i can easily tell you havnt played the time trial demo released on december 17th and this is supposed to be gt5 not gt5p (gt4 upscaled to 1080p) if you cant see that its not change graphicly since gt4 and its being upscaled to 1080p its no wonder it runs at 60fps and has long draw distance cause all theve done it add damage to it and thats it.

good luck with the crusade to get people to buy it and they will only most will feel disapointed with it after waiting 5 long years for a so so new game.

no wonder sony removed bacwards compatability from european ps3's after the 60gb so idiots like you wouldnt see how small the difference is between gt5 and gt4.

lol gt5 suposedly better than forza now thanks to the gt5 demo comming out on the 17th we have finally got a taste of what to expect, to be honest not a lot, the demo is utter crap the graphics are worse than forza 2 not to mention that there is no difference from this demo and gt5p's upscaled gt4 build, if this is what gt5 is going to be like ill stick with race drive grid or supercar challenge or even NFS shift.

only the diehards will want this game and say its better than every other racer out there, well unfortunatly gt has finally bitten the dust its not fun its not realistic its not fast and most of all its not next gen. its took over 5 years to make 5 years too late more likeespecially as gt6 has been announced.

looks like gt5 is going to be every bit a let down that gt portable is.
