A Job ad for Microsoft Game Studios hints at a sequel for Shadow Complex and a third Gears of War game...
According to this job ad, Microsoft Game Studios is currently on the lookout for a Lead Producer to head-up the publishing side of Microsoft's Gears of War and Shadow Complex properties at Epic, suggesting that sequels for both series could be in the offing.
The successful applicant will apparently, "drive the success of Gears of War and Shadow Complex in the highly competitive and fascinating world of interactive entertainment." While direct sequels are not mentioned explicitly, this does imply that there are new Shadow Complex and Gears of War projects underway at Epic.
Shadow Complex was released over XBLA to critical acclaim last August, while Gears of War 2 launched last autumn and initially sold over 3 million copies in less than a month.
