No Gears of War 2 For PC News

Epic has stated that Gears of War 2 won't be coming to PC following the Xbox 360 release this autumn...

Although the first Gears of War game eventually came to PC a year after the Xbox 360 version, Epic has now confirmed that it won't be repeating the exercise with its upcoming sequel.

Epic's Cliff Bleszinski told IGN, "Gears of War is a great franchise first and foremost for Xbox 360, and therefore we're focusing on that platform for Gears of War 2. We've decided we're not going to do a PC version this time around."

Perhaps we'll get more content for the Xbox 360 version as a result, now that Epic doesn't have to worry about holding back some campaign levels for the PC version.
