Gears of War 2 On Show At NY Comic Con News

Epic will be previewing Gears of War 2 on April 20th at the upcoming New York Comic Con...

Michael Capps, Epic's President, and the writer of Gears of War 2, Joshua Ortega, will be previewing the highly anticipated GoW sequel at the New York Comic Con this April 20th. This is according to the official blog for the event.

Very little has been released on GoW 2 so far, with the exception of a November 2008 release window, a teaser trailer, and some recordings of a UE3 tech demo for the game at GDC earlier this year.

By the sounds of things, this Comic Con preview could be the first time that the game will be exhibited to the public, although that all depends on exactly what is meant by the term "preview".

Other games on show at the convention will include EvE Online, Iron Man, Warhammer Online, and Age of Conan.
