Europe to receive the latest dose of GTA on November 3rd...

Earlier in the week, Rockstar Games released the first trailer for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories on PSP, bringing Vic Vance to life to the tunes of Foreigner's "I Want To Know What Love Is", and ending with a release date of October.

Today however, Rockstar has confirmed that the game will be held back until November 3rd across Europe, issuing a no comment to TVG when asked for an explanation.
