GTA IV Episode 2 Set For Autumn News

Rockstar unveils the first details on its second instalment of Xbox 360 exclusive GTA IV DLC...

The Ballad of Gay Tony will be the title of Rockstar's second portion of Xbox 360 exclusive downloadable content for GTA IV, which is due for release on Xbox Live this coming autumn for 1600 Microsoft Points (£13.60).

Set to follow the story of Luis Lopez, an assistant to nightclub owner Tony Prince (a.k.a. Gay Tony), this second add-on apparently "injects Liberty City with an overdose of guns, glitz, and grime." Can you see The Lost and Damned crossovers yet? One hint: diamonds.

At the same time as this Xbox Live release, The Ballad of Gay Tony will also be bundled with The Lost and Damned at retail in a GTA: Episodes from Liberty City package. The two portions of DLC will be served up on disc for $39.99, which is likely to be somewhere in the region of £26.50 in the UK.

"Liberty City is the most vibrant game world we've created yet. The episodic structure has allowed us to interweave stories, gameplay and atmosphere in a whole new way," said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. "The team at Rockstar North have yet again surpassed themselves, and made something that is both epic and very innovative. This episode's focus on high-end night life contrasts with the biker gangs portrayed in The Lost and Damned, whilst giving us a lot of new gameplay possibilities."

	By: Anonymous Added:Sat 03rd Oct 2009 21:20, Post No: 502 lol am i only joined by a few people that actually read about the exclusive DLC ms paid for before the game came out, im sure pc and ps3 owners to ignorent to actually read about microsofts exclusive rights for DLC on the 360 and the amount of money they shelled out for it and yet ps3 and pc owners still dont get it, here ill make it simple ms payed for exclusive DLC before the games release exclusivly on xbox 360 only if sony had come up with an offer better than ms im sure it would have been 360 and pc owners complaining about DLC but the fact is it was announced months before the games release and you only have your sefs to blame for buying it and expecting DLC that isnt comming out on the ps3/pc.
