Sports Interactive comes to the aid of those who can’t get their heads around the FM2005 editor...

SEGA and Sports Interactive today looked to extend the hook Football Manager 2005 has on footie fanatics up and down the country, with confirmation that a free update will be available on March 2nd 2005.

The update brings the game right up to date, including all changes in personnel that have occurred since the gameâ??s initial release on November 4th 2004 and the closure of the most recent transfer window on January 31st 2005.

â??We are very happy to offer our fans this 'thank you' in recognition of the support that they have shown to us and it's great that SEGA has given us the green light to do it," says Miles Jacobson, Managing Director of Sports Interactive. â??Football Manager has become the game of choice for all football fans because of the level of realism that it offers its players and this update can only enhance the experience."

The update will be available to download from www.sigames.com or www.sega-europe.com.
