Forthcoming Empire Interactive racer set to feature music tracks from unsigned bands…

Empire Interactive today announced an agreement with www.overplay.com, the up and coming music site dedicated to unsigned bands, to feature 12 tracks from unsigned bands within the forthcoming PC, Playstation2 and Xbox title FlatOut.

The two companies hosted a competition where 12 tracks from bands that use the site were selected to feature in the game, with the only restriction being that the music had to be rock, indie or metal orientated; the following tracks were chosen as the winners:

No Connection (www.no-connection.com) Love To Hate To Love Living American Burnin'

Central Supply Chain (www.overplay.com/centralsupplychain) The Ever Lasting Are You Ready FlatOut

Sixer (www.sixermusic.co.uk) The Race

Adrenaline (www.adrenaline.has.it) Adrenaline Dead Inside

Circa (www.monkey-dorey.com) Alive!

Deponeye (www.deponeye.com) Anger Management Tick Tock

FlatOut is scheduled for release in October 2004; to check out our previous coverage, please visit the FlatOut Game Index.
