Square-Enix sticks up a countdown to herald a new Final Fantasy XIII trailer...
In customary fashion it's been a little while since we last heard or saw anything on Square-Enix' multi-format title Final Fantasy XIII. However the wait is nearly over with the appearance of a countdown teasing towards the release of a new trailer.
By our calculations (we could be wrong) January 28th 16:00 (GMT) is the precise time you'll want to be checking online to discover the latest trailer - of course we'll have it up on TVG shortly after.
Just a few months later ardent FF fans will be able to sample the action with an accompanying demo on the Blu-ray release of Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete, scheduled for a Japanese release on April 16th.

A FFVI remake would be more exciting to see and would make more sense than a FFVIII remake since FFVIII already has 3D graphics. I would only roll my eyes at a FFVII remake. Seriously, the world's gone way beyond sloppy seconds with those characters and that universe as it is.
