Square-Enix finally confirms a European release date for the twelve incarnation of the long-running RPG franchise...
Square-Enix has today announced that Final Fantasy XII will be released in Europe and other PAL regions during the early part of 2007.
The game, which will released in North America on October 31st (Happy Halloween to Sora and the gang), was scheduled for a European release at the end of 2006 but was delayed for undisclosed reasons.
John Yamamoto, President and CEO of Square Enix Ltd. comments, "We are very excited to be bringing FINAL FANTASY XII to Europe and PAL territories next year. The game has been a massive success in Japan and looks set to become one of the crowning glories of PlayStation 2."

I was truly dissapointed with the game, when some of the hunts are harded then the end boss makes the game more of a joke. Plus the lack of attempts at various creatures instead giving a variation of wolf, bunny or snake made me even more peeved at buying the game. If i wanted to run round fighting the same creatures i would go back to playing doom. Final fantasy VII and VIII still remain my favoured games of the series.
