Final Fantasy XII delayed in Japan, so we’ve got a massive trailer to commiserate…
As had previously been reported, Square-Enix today confirmed that Final Fantasy XII wonâ??t be released in Japan until winter 2004 at the earliest, although weâ??d suspect an early 2005 release to be nearer to the mark.
As Final Fantasy fans will know, Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) recently confirmed a winter 2005 release, suggesting that European gamers will have a long time to wait before sampling the delights of Final Fantasy XII if previous games are anything to go by.
However itâ??s not all bad news, as we can today bring you a trailer of the game featuring over 7mins of footage from the title; sadly a lot of Japanese dialogue is included, but for Final Fantasy fans itâ??s an essential viewing.

I was truly dissapointed with the game, when some of the hunts are harded then the end boss makes the game more of a joke. Plus the lack of attempts at various creatures instead giving a variation of wolf, bunny or snake made me even more peeved at buying the game. If i wanted to run round fighting the same creatures i would go back to playing doom. Final fantasy VII and VIII still remain my favoured games of the series.
