Playable version of the next Final Fantasy title set to make an appearance the this year's Square Enix Party...
Square Enix has revealed that a playable version of Final Fantasy XII will be on show at the Square Enix Party 2005, which is to be held at the Nippon Convention Center (Makuhari Messe) in Chiba, Japan on July 30th and 31st. The game is one of several anticipated titles that will be showcased at the event that includes:
- Final Fantasy XII (PlayStation 2)
- Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII (PS2)
- Kingdom Hearts II (PS2)
- Code Age Masters (PS2)
- Fullmetal Alchemist 3: Kami o Tsugu Shoujo (PS2)
- Grandia III (PS2)
- Musashi Samurai Legend (PS2)
- Heavy Metal Thunder (PS2)
- Slime Morimori: Dragon Quest 2 (Game Boy Advance)
- Final Fantasy XI (PC, PS2)
- EverQuest II (PC)
- Front Mission Online (PS2)

I was truly dissapointed with the game, when some of the hunts are harded then the end boss makes the game more of a joke. Plus the lack of attempts at various creatures instead giving a variation of wolf, bunny or snake made me even more peeved at buying the game. If i wanted to run round fighting the same creatures i would go back to playing doom. Final fantasy VII and VIII still remain my favoured games of the series.
