Peter Molyneux announces a Kinect compatible Fable at E3...

Peter Molyneux took to the stage at Microsoft's E3 press conference today to reveal the next instalment in Lionhead Studios' Fable series, Fable: The Journey.

As expected, this next instalment in the series will be Kinect compatible. The demonstration revealed a first-person perspective in the game (a first for the series) where players used Kinect gestures to ride a horse and engage in combat, both melee and magic.

The overall conceit for this fourth Fable title is that Albion has run out of heroes and, as a result, a dark and sinister end is coming to the world of Fable. More as we get it...
