Lionhead states that it is currently developing more downloadable content for Fable II...
Fresh off the developers' BAFTA triumphs earlier in the week, Lionhead has now confirmed that it is working on more downloadable content for Fable II.
While no details or an estimated release date have been announced at this time, the studio did have this to say on its development blog: "The team here in Guildford is working on some new content right now! More information will be shared in the coming weeks."
At the same time, Microsoft has been pouring water on the flames that were ignited by Jonathan Ross' Fable III comments earlier in the week: "We have no agreement in place with Ross to work on forthcoming projects," a Spokesperson resolutely stated. "That said, it is true that we are not yet done with Fable II. We are working on additional content for Fable II. That's all we can say for now. We will have more to share soon!"
In other Fable II news, Lionhead could also confirm that 2.6 million copies of the game have been sold across the globe so far.
