Knothole Island closes its borders until late January, as unspecified 'technical difficulties' rule out original launch date...
The Xbox.com US site has today confirmed that Fable II's recently revealed downloadable content, Knothole Island, has been delayed from its original pre-Christmas launch to late January. An official announcement from Lionhead and Microsoft is yet to be made, though the news has been released on the website's 'Download & Win' page.
First unveiled towards the end of November (ironically after a delay), Knothole Island takes gamers to the freezing island on a quest to complete trials. Only by passing the three trials can Knothole thaw out, cementing players as the hero of Albion.
Knothole Island will cost 800 Microsoft Points – so it's something to spend your Christmas money on!
