EA's FIFA 09 remains atop the UK charts for the second week of the year, keeping a clean sheet so far in 2009...
FIFA 09 has beaten out Activision's Call of Duty: World At War once again this week, making it the only game in Chart Track's all formats UK chart to sit on the No.1 spot so far this year.
However, the gap in sales between CoD and FIFA 09 went from small to minute over the last week, shrinking from 5,000 to just 400 units.
Although CoD brought in more unit sales across the next-gen formats (with 78% of its sales coming from Xbox 360 and PS3 SKUs), FIFA's total sales across its seven SKUs was the critical factor in it holding on to the No.1 spot (with 63% of its sales coming from next-gen formats).
The only fresh faces in the top ten this week were Wii Fit and Lego Indiana Jones, which re-entered the top ten by jumping from No.20 to No.4 and No.17 to No.9 respectively. Other than that, the sharp end of the chart retained the same titles that populated the list last week.
While Need For Speed Undercover held on to No.3, all the other top ten titles played a game of musical chairs. Wii Play went from 6 to 5, Guitar Hero World Tour went from 4 to 6, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games went from 5 to 7, Quantum of Solace from 9 to 8, and Mario Kart Wii from 8 to 10.
As far as the market spread of sales by platform were concerned, Xbox 360 titles took the largest portion of the market with 35% of the titles on Chart Track's top 40 games by individual format sales. Nintendo's Wii was close behind with 27.5%, while the PS3, DS, and PC brought up the rear with 20%, 15%, and 2.5% of the titles respectively. Interestingly, no PSP titles could sell enough units to break into the top 40.

minimum ram should be the least of your worrys if you have 3 or more gb and your using win xp/vista 32bit edittion then anymore ram is pointless as windows doesnt recognise any more ram if you have the 64bit version however then having 3gb or more is ok cause it recognises the memory, other than that if your graphics card/cpu are of a low budget pc then youll have to run the game with every thing on low settings so youll need a cpu like a core 2 duo and a graphics card like an x3850 to be able to make it look like what it does on a console like the 360 or ps3.

I'm not entirely sure whether "minimum" and "ideal" go hand in hand, but you're looking at least 1GB to get something approaching decent play.
