Motoring publication reveals a title this year for Wii and PSP, followed next year on 360, PS3 and PC...
Since Codemasters picked up the F1 rights we've had very little to go on. However a report in motoring publication, AutoSport, has unleashed further details, confirming the fact that two games are actually in the pipeline.
Due for release later in the year, F1 2009 is currently in development for Wii and PSP. This title will be followed next year with a version appearing on Xbox 360, PlayStation3, and PC.
AutoSport reveals that this year's title will be the first to feature current world champion Lewis Hamilton, and will use all of this year's cars, teams, and tracks. The game will also feature KERS, slick tyres and the new aerodynamic regulations.
The Wii version will offer a comprehensive full season, arcade-styled challenges and multiplayer modes, while the PSP version will boast wireless multiplayer.
