Updated editions of previously unavailable Dragon Quests set to it the Nintendo portable from this Autumn...

Following the release of several instalments in the Final Fantasy back-catalogue on Nintendo DS and PSP in recent months, Square-Enix has today confirmed that it's to follow a similar track with Dragon Quest - beginning this September with Dragon Quest: The Chapters of the Chosen (originally released as Dragon Quest IV).

The release of the Dragon Quest triple-bill will mark the first time the adventures have been available in Europe, and are set to include new visuals and Nintendo Wi-Fi Communication functionality. The Chapters of the Chosen is the beginning of the 'Zenithia' trilogy, along with the other two instalments, The Hand of the Heavenly Bride, and Realms of Reverie, which are yet to receive any European release period.

John Yamamoto, president and chief executive officer of Square Enix Ltd. comments, "Dragon Quest: The Chapters of the Chosen is another excellent addition to the beloved Dragon Quest series. I hope that game players throughout Europe will enjoy the humour and excitement and look forward to future adventures with Dragon Quest: The Hand of the Heavenly Bride and Dragon Quest: Realms of Reverie."
