Dante, Nero and Co shifts over 10 million units since the series appearance back in 2001...
Following quickly after the most successful launch of a Resident Evil title across the UK, Capcom today celebrated sales of the Devil May Cry series passing 10 million globally.
The stylish action series made its first appearance back in 2001 and quickly made a name for itself with its unforgettable characters and frenzied action. The latest title in the series, Devil May Cry 4 on the Xbox 360 and PS3, has achieved sales of 2.2 million units across the world.
To celebrate Dante's achievement and continue Capcom's "single content multiple usage" policy, the Japanese publisher today confirmed plans to release the Devil May Cry anime on Blu-ray.
