From Software's Demon's Souls will be released in Europe as a "limited launch" on June 25th...
Namco Bandai Partners has announced that it will be distributing From Software's Demon's Souls in Europe on June 25th, when the title will launch exclusively for PS3 following its releases in Japan and North America in February 2009 and last October respectively.
The action RPG, which has garnered together critical praise and a cult following for its punishing gameplay and enticing blend of multiplayer co-op features, will be released as part of a "limited launch" in Europe that features a limited edition retail pack containing a strategy guide, artbook, and soundtrack (see image right).
"We're very pleased to be working with SCEI to bring the fantastic Demon's Souls to gamers outside of Japan and North America," said Olivier Comte, VP Marketing, Sales & Publishing Namco Bandai Partners S.A.S. "The game is exactly the kind of quality experience with which we are continuing to grow the Namco Bandai Games portfolio of titles, and we will be working hard to ensure it's at least as much of a success in our markets as it has already proven to be elsewhere."

This post is fairly factually inaccurate, for being one of Google's top returns for Demon's Soul.
Fromsoftware produces/publishes much more than Armored Core and other top-tier mecha titles. 3 out of 4 King's Field games and all spinoffs other than Shadow Tower:Abyss have been published in the NA market. This doesn't look like King's Field, and it is surely not a successor. Fromsoftware has produced many variations of the KF gameplay in the past.
